Job Description: Social media is a great way to share and inspire the DJ-Producer community. You’ll play a big part in creating a way cool social media strategy including everything from sourcing great content, to making our social media channels stay fresh, to talking with awesome DJTT fans.

Weekly Missions
  • Collecting and preparing fun social media posts

Job Description: The editorial staff is overflowing with great ideas and awesome new projects – you’ll be a part of the day-to-day operations of the DJTT blog, from research projects to brainstorm sessions to writing hilarious YouTube annotations. The editorial assistant will also help make the content on the site dynamic and visually engaging, find great DJTT contributors, reviewing user feedback, and building out systems that allow for an exceptionally efficient publishing team.

  • experience using WordPress

Job Description:   We’ve got a part-time opening for a rising ad sales star who is confident in their ability to find good advertising partners for DJ TechTools. The position will be commission-based, and will work with our Ad Sales Manager to build advertising partnerships with brands outside the DJ space like consumer electronics and tech brands. An ideal candidate should know their way around selling online advertising and have existing contacts. Check the tabs below for more details!

Staff Writers

We need more awesome writers! If you have experience writing for publication and are interested in writing regularly for DJ Techtools, please send a writing sample and ideas for topics you’d like to write on or cover to:jobs(at)djtechtools.com

We’re especially looking for folks with experience writing equipment reviews, great on-camera personalities, interviews with artists, and all types of expertise in the DJing world.

Graphic Designer (Part Time) 

We are looking for a cool young designer with great style that really gets and loves the DJTT community. The right candidate can really crank out a lot of creative graphics on a tight schedule. Bonus points if you have experience managing ad campaigns so you can optimize them on your own. 

You will be creating: 

  • Banners and advertisements for our web store’s products
  • Product pages
  • Packaging
  • Some web graphics

Contributing Writers

We’re constantly looking for writers who are passionate about digital DJ and music production technology. Our blog has a large, dedicated readership who are looking for in-depth articles that help, teach, and inform them about a wide range of topics. If you’re interested in becoming a writer, please read our full page on just that topic.

Product Photographer 

Location: Anywhere in the world.

Job Description: We work hard to make the best gear possible. Taking jaw-dropping product photos of DJTT Products allows us to show the world our rad gear.

What You'll Need To Have
  • Strong photo background and portfolio of work
  • Product photo background with a clean, modern look
  • Referrals
  • Your own photo gear – lighting, studio, lenses, camera, etc to shoot photos remotely
  • A dedication to quality. Take the photos we have and make them 10X better.
  • Photoshop chops
  • A computer, so you can plug in controllers and take photos showing LEDs.
  • Take 10-50 hi-res, photoshopped product photos of 5 DJTT products, so 50-250 photos total.
    • Photos with space for ad text
    • Photos of controllers on all sides, top, bottom
    • Photos of controllers on, plugged into to LEDs
    • Photos of Individual Cables/Caps
    • Photos of our accessories on DJ Gear.
