my tractor s4 is only blinking on the USB light about the master button and that is the only thing that works when i plug in my trakor s4 to my macbook pro.
pls can some body tell exactly what to do to make my tractor s4 work. I have already traktor software install weeks ago before i bought the controller.

have you selected the s4 mapping in preferences?
updates done in service centre?MacBook Pro 15" 2.0GHZ i7. Kontrol S4. Traktor Scratch Pro 2.5. MidiFighter Classic. Aiaiai TMA-1.

So you have Traktor Scratch Pro?

this may sound dumb but try re-installing the drivers. when i upgraded to 2.1.1 it removed drivers for my .nhl stuff.

Hi,
I had this issue yesterday- s4 was drawing too much power from USB and my power supply had also come loose. Disconnected all cables, restarted the mac, used a different USB port and Boom back in the game!
Good luckKontrol S4, DJTT Midifighter, 2 x Numark TTX, Numark Omni Control,Korg Nanopad, Nanokontrol, Korg KP3. Ipad with imaschine. Traktor 2.1
Imac 2010 i3, Toshiba custom 4gb Latop.

This happen to me too.
I tend to leave traktor open for days and close my MBP. When the problem arises, a restart is the only thing that fixes it for me.
