not proper fixed yet. I use other deck shift + cue to delete hot cue for now. Still can't figure it out though

Hmmm.. Did you try to swap deck assignments? A to B, B for A and so on.. or just swap the modifiers?

Not following me, I'll put it like this:

Deck A/C modifier condition is M4=1 and deck B/D modifier condition is M5=1. You can try to swap those and not modifiers on shift buttons.

Preset modifiers like this
Set hotcue A: M5=0
Delete hotcue A: M5=1

Set hotcue B: M4=0
Delete hotcue B: M4=1

Set hotcue C: M5=0
Delete hotcue C: M5=1

Set hotcue D: M4=0
Delete hotcue D: M4=1
