My best is follow Bento's directions on the sauce but add 1 small onion , couple basil leaves little oregano , and some pecorino romano cheese grated . And if you cant find polenta use cornmeal for the pizza peel ,Now put a thin layer of sauce some fresh mozzeralla a few basil leaves and some fresh portabella mushrooms sliced thin and sprinkle some pecorino or parmesan cheese over the whole pie ummmmmmmmmmm . AND NOOOO PINEAPPLES
