I'm really digging the bristol scene right now.
Joker, Ginz, Kool Money Kwame.
I also Like SBTRKT.

The problem I have with probably like 75% of dubstep is it's too damn repetitive, and they just abuse the shit out of wobbly bass to make up for lack of interesting song structure.

Yeahhh there is definitely a trend in the harder dubstep scene, It's almost like all of the dj's and producers got together and said, hey, lets make the most generic sounding tracks possible Of course there are plenty exceptions to this if you look hard enough, but just about everything I hear that is popular dubstep I feel like I've heard it. oh my god. That last tune is killer. All of them are sick as.. but the last one is going to be thrown into my set friday if I can find a place to buy it.... and I'm playing mostly *mainstream* dubstep, cause the crowd hasnt even heard the words

Hopefully this one will drop like nothings business. hard to gauge a crowd of rave happy kids though

Whalestep. That's all I have to say about the Excision tracks. Knowing I'm seeing him live in less than 2 weeks, I can't even fathom, esp. alongside new releases. Just bloody badonkadonk wonderful.
