rubbish i play at a bar on a thurs and a club on a friday, and i can honestly say that a lot of the guys that play only at home are probably more technically skilled than i am

This. I feel that since playing out, I've increased my confidence and people-reading but I learn technical skills slower. I need to put more time back into bedroom djing.

definately, i tend to go more technical and experiment as the night progresses but with also holding down a full time job i don't get much time to practice
