Best Pizza I ever had was in Italy (strange that? ) and it was minced pork, spinach, 3 types of cheese, pressed tomoatos (very thin layer), olive oil and pesto. Thin-ish type base.

The minced pork was raw when it went in the oven but was beautifully cooked when it came out. Amazing!!!
