Shawn Wasabi Interview: Midi Fighter 64 is Released!

It’s official: after several years of waiting you can now purchase a Midi Fighter 64. This controller previously existed only as a one-off prototype for Shawn Wasabi. In this video, Shawn tells us about the history of his work with controllers and celebrates the official release of his now famous controller to the public.

Thanks to your responses in the last article update we are offering these controllers in black or white with your choice of opaque or clear backs. There also may or may not be a few “off menu” secret combo options as well. Remember Up, Up, Down, Down…  B, A?

    got my mf64 today and want to start smashing buttons 😀 does anyone know if and how the lights in shaw’s spring edition work? is there also some animation like the factory preset or do i have to do something extra?

    Soooooo many buttons!!! Shawn seems like a really cool guy, i love how he has found his niche/passion and continued to evolve it. Props to DJTT for the support they have given him too. Can’t wait to see what people will start creating with these.
