Sander Van Doorn Interview

Sander Van Doorn stopped by the DJ TechTools office for a quick video interview a few weeks ago. We asked him about his production and DJ tools, how his mixes change from country to country, and his thoughts about the DJ Mag Top 100 list – on which he currently holds the number 16 slot.

Sander has a new single, “Kangaroo”, dropping in mid-to-late August exclusively on Beatport. To learn more about him and upcoming releases and shows, visit the official Sander Van Doorn website.

Shame he says in Holland I play a little bit more Dirty Dutch…go back to trance Sander, tracks like Koko and Riff are the shit! You’re set at Trance Energy 2010 what absolutly epic but after that you went downhill imo.

I found the interview pretty generic to be honest. Nothing really new or interesting and his answers gave little real insight into how he does what he does.

Nice. I like that style of asking questions DJ- and producer-wise. Very helpful!
